Clear wafer seals and mailing tabs seal newsletters, brochures, mailers, gift boxes, cosmetic boxes, software, envelopes, folders and much more. Clear wafer seals can also be used as a protective clear over-lamination to protect another printed label from scuffing, tearing or scratching.
Wafer seals and mailing tabs fasten brochures, newsletters and other self-mailers while complying with United States Postal Service guidelines. Easy-to-open wafer seals and self-adhesive mailing tabs are a convenient and inexpensive alternative to staples and won't jam the post office machines. Wafer seals and mailing tabs protect your mailings while still allowing you to qualify for bulk automation-rate discounts. And with all the styles we offer, your mailers will look great too!
Mailing tabs / wafer seals are available in a "Crystal Clear" finish polystyrene stock with pressure sensitive self-adhesive. Choose from 0.75", 1", 1.5", 2" and 3" diameter circles, with or without perforations.
Our wafer seals and mailing tabs are designed to work both as hand applied (see our selection of manual dispenser boxes and holders) and also to run trouble free in high speed automatic tabbing and mailing machines. We take great care to make sure our cutting dies are not set too deep, which can cause the liner paper to fracture, which is the most common cause of web breaks (and production manager headaches!) in automatic application equipment.
